Saturday morning is our biggest community session. Expect a longer, partner-style workout and the best energy of the week.

Group Training FAQ
Each class is 60 minutes: warm-up, skill or strength block, then a high-intensity workout (the 'WOD'). Your coach demos every movement, scales for your level, and pushes your effort throughout.
